The property is set in a beautiful location and has a distinctive heritage character with great lake and mountain views. Staff were pleasant.

Our overall stay was marred by several issues that affected comfort and convenience.The most significant concern was the noise throughout the night and early morning. The chickens and geese around the grounds were particularly loud, making it difficult to sleep. This was compounded by building work starting early each morning and continuing late into the evening, which further disturbed the peace and quiet expected at such a property.The internet connection was highly unstable, cutting out completely one evening and not returning until the following day. We later learned that the issue was caused by a damaged external cable, but at the time staff were unable to offer an explanation or solution. As the television also operates via the same internet connection, this meant no access to TV or online services. The hotel may wish to consider installing two independent internet lines to prevent such disruptions in future.We were also disappointed by the restricted water policy, with only two small bottles of drinking water provided per room per day, and any extras charged at a disproportionately high rate. For a hotel of this standard, a more generous and guest-friendly approach would be appropriate.

The food was amazing. The view from the room as well as the corridor – deers and peacocks was surprising and beautiful. The location of the dining area and the lake, the campfire at night was best indeed.

There is no value addition to the place when compared to the earlier times we had visited. The missing deer park makes a visible difference & the swimming pool needs a major facelift. The addition of AC restaurant Hall with the lawn will change the overall atmosphere of the place

Excellent food & very hospitable staff.

They need a better reception and a little work in the rooms. The pond infront of the room smells which carries till the rooms.

Breakfast decent, with limited options...property outside the city but a paradise for nature lovers...with a private stud farm, a lake, and a small airport...can see deer & peacocks in abundance...

Property outside the city, hence a car or a taxi necessary for going anywhere, due to some ongoing construction activity going on, there was sound rattling in the daytime

Overall our experience was great. Liked the service and ambience. Enjoyed the horse riding and gun shooting. Morning BF was also satisfactory. Specially the Peacock and Deer.

I do love horses. But the horsey smell around was a bit overwhelming.

Location is exceptional and the staff are really available and helpful. It was definitely a wonderful stay. the view from the room was the main attraction for us. Had a great stay.

Only negative was the price. we paid 7200 per room, which we didn't find was worth it, as any other activities we opted was also additionally charged.

The old world ambience has been retained.Nice large comfortable suites.Great tasting food.

Multiple pieces of clothes for curtains and Windows had gaps. Poor quality blanket. Room was very bad.

The peacocks dancing in the woods and the staff was very helpful and attentive

In the midst of nature. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings . Close to city, but still far from hustle bustle.

Needs better upkeep.

Location and the surroundings of the property were absolutely great. Staffs were helpful and courteous. Services were prompt. Lot of careful detailing have been applied to give the property a great look and feel.

- Breakfast spread : Management needs to look into the variety and quality of breakfast. It really quiet average and not a satisfactory one.- Room amenities : Rooms fittings need upgrade and looks like little old compared to Hotel's other amenities. Although staff takes extra care to make each room a neat and clean one.

The location is great

The cost for food and beverages is over the roof , can be normalised considering customers do not have options to venture out for meals. The hotel can have few indoor games which can interest the guest to spend time .

The property and its surroundings. The view out of the room was amazing. A very in the nature stay.

The rooms and the washrooms need a slight upgrade and that will make this property a 10 out of 10 property.

Awesome place, mornings and evenings are a bliss and if you're trying to Kindle a liking for photography... Then you have reached the perfect spot.... Deer and Peacock feeding make it more interesting.... The rooms give you a good slice of what a royal stay would look like.

Well maintained by HRH. Small lake and some animals and birds add to the forest resthouse feeling
